Snowflakes are generated dynamically using actionscript at the start of the movie. If they leave the movie area, they are brought back to the top and their speed is reset. Details and commenting are included in the source file below.

it would be a lovely scene if it looks some kind of a original snow with great graphics, can we do that so it looks a little bit real.

I like the falling snowflakes. I guess, changing the snowflakes into colorful bubbles would also render an awesome effect.
